The Restaurant Medo complex consists of 620 m² of restaurant, 130 m² of office, and 150 m² of living space located in Siegburg, the capital city of Rhein-Sieg-Kreis, which is Germany’s third most densely populated region. The complex is located 25 minutes from Cologne, one of the most important commercial and cultural centers of Germany, 15 minutes from Bonn, the former capital of the country, and 5 minutes from Siegburg/Bonn high-speed train station, one of the most important stations in the region. Its unique location between the historic Siegburg city walls that were built in the 13^th Century and the Siegburger Mühlengraben canal gives visitors a Mediterranean feel in Germany. The historical fortification on its land is a first-degree historical monument and is one of the must-see monuments in the region.

The Düsseldorfer Hof is located in Königswinter, opposite Bonn, the former capital of Germany, and home to the Siebengebirge, one of Germany’s most popular tourist destinations. The building began to be used as a hotel in 1826 and took its current name in 1839. Shortly afterward, it was expanded to include the adjacent Malta Commandery, which was built in 1737.  Until 1988, the building served as a hotel and was renovated and converted into a residence in the same year.

The historic Schlimgen Brewery, located in Mondorf, which is the most popular neighborhood of Niederkassel, south of Cologne, was founded in 1866 by Johann Schlimgen. The remaining part of the brewery, which consists of a 200 m² restaurant and 380 m² garden, and a 250 m² boutique hotel, was included in ADEL Kapital GmbH’s commercial real estate portfolio.
